Environmental scientist (EPA), photographer, writer and cultural manager, who has cultivated poetry and narrative from a young age. Some of his poems are; Between the shadow and the albedo (1996) and Clandestine Verses (2001) and Love of superhero. His work has been reproduced by different logbooks and cyber pages. Recently, Laro won the second place, community category, in the Award XXI Literary Certification Poetry, Story and Essay 2016, of the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
