Corporate and Tax Law attorney that has been providing services for the public and private sector for more than 15 years.  Currently serves as Corporate Compliance & Privacy Officer for one of the larger human services providers in NY state, ACACIA Network. Caroline previously served The Bronx community, providing in-house legal counsel to a large multi-service nonprofit organization. Also held various positions within key government entities in Puerto Rico, including the Puerto Rico Treasury Department and the Puerto Rico Office of Government Ethics.
